Can I supply my own garments?
Yes! For our bulk trade printing we do allow customers to supply their own garments however they are supplied at your own risk and we are not liable for misprints or errors
What printers do you use?
We use industrial Kornit DTG printers for all our bulk T-shirt orders, it uses vegan waterbased inks
What is the maximum size i can print?
For Unisex T-shirts the maximum print size is 40cm x 50cm, other garments like women’s and children’s garments are printed on our smaller pallet which is 26cm x 32cm.
How long will it take to print?
This really depends on the size of the job! Leadtimes are approximately 7-10 working days but this can be shorter for smaller jobs and longer for larger jobs. If you have specific timeframes please let us know as we will always try to be flexible where possible.
What are the postage & setup costs?
All our quoted prices include delivery via DPD to a mainland UK address, for other options or upgrades please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Typically its cheaper to go through our online portal for smaller orders but if you want to supply your own garments or have specialist requirements let us know and we can quote.
What format does artwork need to be supplied in?
As with all artwork required for DTG printing, we require artwork to be supplied in 300 DPI PNG, with the artwork cropped and sized to print.
What packaging is used for shipping?
Orders are either shipped in a plain grey mailing polybag or a cardboard box depending on the size of the order.
How do I make payment for bulk orders?
We raise an invoice for all bulk orders, 50% payment is required upfront and then the final 50% is required prior to us shipping the order.
Can I have more than one print location on my garment?
Absolutely! We can offer a second print (ie on the reverse) for a slightly cheaper price, just let us know your requirements!
