Terms of Service Agreement

Acceptance of Terms: By submitting your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

Trade-Only Supplier: We operate exclusively as a supplier for business clients and not directly to consumers. Our services and products are intended for resale or commercial use.

Custom Orders and Returns: All items are custom printed to order. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that do not fit. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details and specifications before submission.

Liability for Timeliness and Loss: We are not liable for any delays in delivery, regardless of the cause. Furthermore, DTGUK will not be held responsible for any loss of earnings or other financial losses arising from the use of our services or the late arrival of goods.

Cancellation and Changes: Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final and non-refundable. If changes are necessary, we will attempt to accommodate them, but this may not always be possible.

Intellectual Property Rights: By uploading artwork for your order, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use and reproduce this artwork. We reserve the right to request proof of these rights at any time to verify compliance with intellectual property laws.

Artwork Submission and Quality Assurance

Artwork Requirements: All artwork must be submitted ready for print, adhering strictly to DTGUK’s image guidelines. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all submitted artwork meets these standards, including resolution, dimensions, color specifications, and file format.

No Manual Checks: Please note that submitted orders and accompanying artwork are not manually checked before being sent to production. DTGUK operates with an automated fulfillment process to maintain efficiency and speed.

Liability for Artwork Quality: DTGUK is not liable for any issues related to the print quality if the submitted artwork is of poor quality or does not meet the specified guidelines. This includes but is not limited to blurriness, color mismatch, and cropping issues.

Customer Acknowledgment: By submitting an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed their artwork against our guidelines and accept responsibility for any errors or non-compliance.
